Unlocking Growth Through Shared Wisdom:  Mentoring has long been a cornerstone of professional development, but today’s dynamic workplace calls for a fresh approach. This interactive workshop explores both traditional mentoring and the powerful practice of reverse mentoring—where junior employees share insights with senior leaders. Together, these approaches create a culture of continuous learning, inclusivity, and innovation.

A registration of 15 or more attendees to any one workshop receives a 15% discount.  Contact Regina Cook:  rcook@virginiawestern.edu
