With staffing shortages over the last several years that have created challenges for employers, the promotion of staff members to a supervisory level without adequate leadership training has become a necessary but unfortunate norm.  Register your new and emergent supervisors to equip them for success.  Attendees will learn critical details pertaining to the role of the leaders, interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, continuous self-improvement, team building, and conflict resolution. Lunch included.
