Want to explore a way to make great memories together as a family? Students will learn the basics of cooking breakfast: eggs most any way they like, pancakes, sausage gravy and biscuits, French toast, hash browns, and breakfast meats. Who knows, a surprise Saturday breakfast could be in store? The foundations of the kitchen experience will also include kitchen sanitation, proper handwashing, and measuring and mixing. Explore these skills at our VWCC Claude Moore culinary building in downtown Roanoke.
