Put your apron on and join the Al Pollard Culinary Arts Program as Virginia Western, as Chef Ted Polfelt takes you on a culinary journey through the countryside of France.
You will begin the experience by learning to perfect a potato and endive salad as the first course. For your second course, Chef Polfelt will instruct you in the butchery and braising of a traditional coq a vin served over lyonnaise potatoes. To complete the authentic Country French meal, you'll prepare a beautiful caramel apple tarte tatin.
