SHRM-CP is the premier certification in the Human Resources Field. This class is designed to prepare HR professionals to pass the Certification Exam to become a Certified Professional in Human Resource Management.

CERTIFICATION: HR professionals will be prepared to sit for the certification exam to become a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in Human Resource Management.

As part of your tuition, you will receive the updated SHRM Learning System ® for SHRM-CP (the online system is available for 18 months after start of class). Comprised of comprehensive learning modules in print and e-reader formats, and advanced online resources, these study materials streamline study time, accelerate learning and build confidence for passing the SHRM-CP exam. The SHRM Learning System ® course features printed workbooks, over 1,000 test questions, and an Online Resource Center (download flashcards, access HR updates, related links, feedback feature and more).

REQUIREMENTS TO TAKE THIS COURSE:
Candidates for the SHRM-CP certification are not required to hold an HR title and do not need a degree or previous HR experience to apply; however, a basic working knowledge of HR practices and principles or a degree from an Academically Aligned program is recommended.
