This course covers food safety training from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation and prepares participants for the ANSI-CFP accredited exam. A necessity for all restaurant owners, food service managers, cooks and line staff! Satisfies the "Person in charge" requirement of the Virginia State Health Department. ANSI-CFP Exam is included. Registration deadline will be 2 weeks prior to class start date.

Please read:  One hour lunch break. It is highly suggested that students review their book prior to attending class. Registered students can pick up their copy of the textbook at the Thomas Center no earlier than one week before scheduled class start date. Students who drop the class after receiving the textbook will be refunded for the class less the cost of the textbook.
